CHARGE ACCOUNTS
Swim Teams, High Schools, Universities, and other institutions may apply for a charge account billed on a net 30 basis; teams that carry a balance over 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge.
RETURN POLICY
Upon receiving your shipment please check your merchandise for shipping accuracy and manufacturing defects. We will replace this at no cost to you within 15 days of purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice, to ensure proper credit of your account. We are happy to exchange your merchandise. Try on all swimsuits over undergarments; suits worn in the water will not be exchanged. ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE . When shipping packages to our offices, be sure to insure the packages and to guarantee document delivery, we are not responsible for packages misdirected or lost in shipment to our offices. Items must be received by our office prior to a replacement being shipped or your credit card will be billed for the replacement and a credit issued when the original suit is received. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO OUR RECEIPT, INSPECTION AND APPROVAL. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN MANUFACTURER DEFECT.

INTERNET ORDERS
Orders placed via our website or email to our store are subject to the same terms and conditions, Manufacturer cap and goggle orders will be filled based on availability and minimum order amounts could apply. Please E-Mail for options and amounts. Merchandise returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders will be billed to accounts immediately and payment is expected at the time order placement.
